1. Are you closing down?

No, we are not closing. MilkyWay is a Singapore brand founded in 2005, and we are keeping the brand.

However, we are moving out of this warehouse and we really need to clear all existing inventory. And we mean ALL. 

2. Why are prices so low?

Because this is a final clearance of all current stock, ending 31 January 2026. There will be no extension of this date. 

Once these pieces are gone, they will not be restocked. 

3. When does the clearance end?

Our last day of clearance is 31 January 2026.

We encourage you to shop early as sizes and colours are limited.

4. Are your clothes still made in Singapore?

Yes. Most of our pieces (Except the Special Collection of formal wear - Something Beautiful) were designed and made in Singapore, which is why they are known for quality, comfort, and longevity.

These are the same well-loved classics — just at clearance prices.

5. Do I have to be pregnant or nursing to wear your clothes?

Not at all.

Many of our designs can be worn even if you’re not pregnant or nursing. They’re simply comfortable, flattering pieces suitable for everyday wear.

6. Is everything brand new?

Yes. All items are brand new, unworn, and from our main inventory.

7. What is your return or exchange policy?

As this is a clearance sale, all purchases are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

8. How long will it take to receive a reply from you?

As this clearance site is not run full-time, please allow up to 5 business days for us to reply.

We promise to get back to every email.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

10. How long will shipping take?

Singapore orders: 5–9 working days. We seek your understanding - as we will only be packing your orders and shipping them out over the weekend.

International orders: 2–4 weeks depending on destination. Using Singpost, trackable mail. 

11. Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, we do not offer self-collection at this time as the warehouse is not staffed all the time.

12. Will you be releasing new designs after the clearance?

Once the clearance ends, we’ll be taking some time to think about our next move. Thank you for journeying with us while we figure things out.
