1. Are you closing down?

No — we’re not closing.

Milky Way is a Singapore brand founded in 2005, and the brand itself will continue.

What is happening is a full clearance of our existing inventory, as we make space for what’s next.

2. Why are prices so low?

Indeed, prices are set below our original cost as we clear all remaining inventory.

This is a final clearance of all current stock, with no extensions.

Once a piece is gone, it won’t be restocked — so these are truly last-chance prices on styles many of you have loved for years.

3. When does the clearance end?

Our final day of clearance is 28 February 2026.

We encourage you to shop early, as sizes and colours are limited and sell out quickly.

4. Are your clothes still made in Singapore?

Yes! 

Most of our pieces — except for the Special Collection of formal wear (Something Beautiful) — were designed and made in Singapore.

They’re the same well-loved Milky Way classics, known for comfort, quality, and longevity — just offered now at clearance prices.


5. Do I have to be pregnant or nursing to wear your clothes?

Not at all.

Many of our designs can be worn even if you’re not pregnant or nursing. They’re simply comfortable, flattering pieces suitable for everyday wear.

6. Is everything brand new?

Yes. All items are brand new, unworn, and from our main inventory.

7. What is your return or exchange policy?

As this is a clearance sale, all purchases are final.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, so we encourage you to check the measurements carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help where we can.

8. How long will it take to receive a reply from you?

As this clearance site is not run full-time, please allow up to 5 business days for us to reply.

That said, every message matters to us, and we promise to respond to every email.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

We ship to selected international destinations including Malaysia, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, and the UK. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 5–9 working days and sent via SingPost with tracking.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination country, which are payable by the recipient.

10. How long will shipping take?

Singapore orders: 5–9 working days.
We seek your understanding, as packing and dispatch are done over the weekends.

International orders: Approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on destination, sent via SingPost trackable mail.

11. Can I pick up my order in person?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer self-collection at this time, as our warehouse is not staffed full-time.


12. What are the shipping charges?

For all Singapore orders:

  • Orders S$20 and below: S$2.40

  • Orders S$21–S$50: S$5.60

  • Orders S$51–S$120: S$7.20

  • Orders above S$120: Free shipping

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout.
International shipping charges are also calculated at checkout, based on your destination.


13. What are your payment options?

We accept secure payments via Shopify checkout. Available payment methods include PayNow (via HitPay), as well as major credit and debit cards.

All payments are processed securely, and you’ll be able to view the available options at checkout before completing your purchase.


14. Will you be releasing new designs after the clearance?

Once the clearance ends, we’ll be taking some time to pause and reflect on our next chapter.
